1. Browse to http://198.128.3.172
2. Enter Meeting ID: 88530
3. Select "Streaming Rate"
4. Select the "Viewer"
5. Click on "Stream this Conference" (You will need to have at least one of the free packages, QuickTime Player or Real player installed on your computer.)

(Note that there is a 5-10 second delay imposed to handle local buffering.)
