Availability
Usage Notes
- Set relevant environment variables. Here is an example for combined GYRO/TGYRO usage on banach:
export GYRO_PLAT=PG_OPT64_MUMPS
export GYRO_DIR=$HOME/gyro
export TGYRO_DIR=$HOME/tgyro
export PYTHONPATH=$GYRO_DIR/python:$TGYRO_DIR/python
export PATH=${PATH}:$GYRO_DIR/bin:$TGYRO_DIR/bin:.
- Build tgyro after building GYRO.
- Run a test case by typing
$ tgyro -e local-1 -n 8
- Top-level control is managed by INPUT_tgyro.
