New EFIT pseudo-pointnames in REVIEW and A EQDSK
 
   EFITJT0N  :  flux surface average current density at
                magnetic axis normalized to I/area
 
   EFITORING :  advanced divertor ring gap in cm
 
   EFITQMIN  :  minimum q value
 
   EFITCHIGAM:  total chi2 from MSE
 
   EFITSSI01 :  dq/dx /q  at si(normalized poloidal flux)=0.01,
                x=sqrt(normalized volume)
 
   EFITSHEAR :  dq/dsi /q at si(normalized poloidal flux)=0.95.
 
   EFITFEXPAN:  flux expansion of x point, dimensionless.
                For DN and SNB computed as ratio of distance between
                bottom X point and flux surface passing through
                Rmax of separatrix surface plus Rexpan to the distance
                between the two in the outboard area.  REXPAN can be
                input in the INWANT namelist and is defaulted to be
                0.010 m.  For SNT, take the top X point.
 
   EFITAQMIN:   normalized radius, sqrt(normalized volume) where
                q is a minimum
 
   EFITSSI95 :  dq/dx /q  at si(normalized poloidal flux)=0.95,
                x=sqrt(normalized volume)
