The Advanced Imagery Laboratory investigates and deploys novel visualization and imaging techniques. This work includes self generated projects as well as support for existing General Atomics projects.
The center piece of the AIL is an 8 tile rear project display wall. At approximately, 7 feet tall and 16 feet wide, this 10 million pixel device is ideally suited for displaying high-pixel count imagery or information from many sensors simultaneously.
