The submission system will remain open for additional entries. We have added a feature that will automatically notify Task Force and Working Group leaders when a new submission is made. The main reason for this is to allow people to enter ideas that come out of the breakout session discussions. There is, of course, nothing to prevent you from making a late, unsolicited and undiscussed submission, but at this late date it may not be possible for these ideas to receive the same level of consideration.
