Remote Participation (Room 13-215)

IMPORTANT! The first two methods are two-way.
It's very important that you mute your microphone (or telephone) unless you are speaking to the meeting.

1. Using H.323-based Video Conferencing system

Dial 0011349 88 215 followed by the # sign.

(Please do not enter any password. When asked to enter a password simply press the # button.)

2. Using telephone

1. Dial 1-510-883-7860
2. At the prompt, enter 0011349 88 215 followed by the # sign.

3. Using desktop or laptop computer(one-way)

The video and audio also will be streamed over the web. In order to watch the meeting:

1. Open the web page: http://mcu3.es.net
2. Enter "215" as the "Conference ID". (Leave other text boxes blank)
3. Chose your available video player software (RealPlayer or QuickTime)
4. Click on the "Stream this Conference" button

You will need to have at least one of the free packages, QuickTime Player or Real Player installed on your computer.
