Remote Participation to Burning Plasma Organization Diagnostic Workshop

There are several ways to participate remotely in the workshop depending on your needs and local capability.

• 1. Using H.323-based Video Conferencing system( 2-way ):

Dial 88444 followed by the # sign.

Please mute your microphone unless you are speaking.

• 2. Using telephone (2-way) and Webcam (1-way) :

1. Dial 1-510-883-7860
2. At the prompt, enter 88444 followed by the # sign.
3. In order to view the slides, browse to http://198.129.105.84:8098/

• 3. Using desktop or laptop computer:

The video and audio also will be streamed over the web. In order to watch the meeting:

1. Open the web page: http://198.128.3.172
2. Click on "Click here to log in" link at the left bottom of the page
3. Login using "guest" and "ESnet"
4. Click on "View conference list"
5. Click on "Watch" link in the left of meeting ID: 444
6. Select preferred "Streaming Rate" and "Viewer" from the pulldown menus.
7. Click on "Stream this Conference"(You will need to have at least one of the free packages, QuickTime Player or Real player installed on your computer.)

(Note that there is a 5-10 second delay imposed to handle local buffering.)
