- SPECIAL ISSUE OF FUSION SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
|
We
have arranged for a special issue of the journal Fusion Science and
Technology for this IAEA-TM. We think this will be a nice collection
of papers covering the current international status of IFE targets
and chambers (and a copy of the special issue will be mailed to all Attendees).
Thanks to the US Department of Energy and the Virtual Laboratory for Technology, there will be no journal page charges for official attendees of this IAEA-TM! All papers are limited to six journal pages - please see the submittal instructions below. (Papers exceeding the six page limit will be subject to additional page charges at normal ANS rates.) Manuscript submittals will be due by August 1, 2002. All manuscripts will be peer-reviewed and all papers must meet the standards of the journal. Draft manuscript instructions can be found under "Instructions for Manuscript Preparation" at http://www.ans.org/pubs/journals/fst/info-authors.html Note that the draft manuscript formatting is quite different than the journal format. ANS will provide staff edit/proof and composition, and preparation of the final paper in the format for journal publication. As a guideline, a draft manuscript limit of 18-20 double spaced pages will be required to maintain the six page final paper limit. Do not submit the drafts
for this special issue to the FST Editor. Please email all draft
manuscripts to the Guest Editor for this issue to: dan.goodin Best regards,
